Static Mixer Vs Motorized mixer:
The fundamental reason that mixer are used is that, the required level of mixing can be predicted, obtained and maintained at lower cost band more reliably than with motorized mixers. Static Mixer is preferred over motorized mixers because they are quieter, more efficient and has no moving parts to break or wear out and occupy less space.

Benefits of Static mixer:
1.High Level of mixing efficiency.
2.Reduce tanks, agitator, moving parts & direct motive power.
3.No moving parts& virtually maintenance free.
4.Available in very compact sizes. |
